My name is Heather Rachelle, I am a health junkie, & boutique owner that loves Jesus and her family like its her job. I have stubbornly learned to build several successful business' along the way and even jumped into trading stock options in the most recent years, I may be a little obsessed with seeing my family create generational wealth. I have been blessed to be able to work from home for several years now (used to be a big deal) but the dreaded C came along and made that more the norm in our world today.

Health & Wellness

I am so very passionate about health and wellness, about feeling good in our own skin, aging gracefully and releasing any unwanted weight. My story is a winding road of pain, inflammation, daily headaches, poor sleep, bloating belly, fatigue and generally feeling uncomfortable on a daily basis. I am excited to share what I have done to reverse all of that, I will share more in my blog and what I have found that made a significant difference in my daily life.

Boutique dreams

For years I would dream of owning my own boutique, choosing each and every item and creating a shop that fit my vibe. I made that dream happen and I have loved every minute of it. My Reasons Why- My Family

My family will always be my why, why I work so hard, why I share my love of all things fashion and fitness, health and wellness. We are a blended family of 6, 4 teenagers and I wouldn't have it any other way!
